"THE MYTH BUSTER"

Martin is sadly missed by Kim, Adam, Alex and Sean, by his parents Michael and Sheila, sisters,
brothers, relatives and so many friends. Martin was just 38 years of age when he was suddenly taken
from us on 26th January 2008.
Martin was a real character with so much love for life and with so much knowledge on every subject
and every aspect of life ''Always with an opinion''.
Martin was one of the founding partners of Capital Brake & Clutch and he put his total working
life both day and night into his business, he can never be replaced.
From all his family we would like to thank everybody who came to his home, the church or both, for
your special kind words, cards, letters and prayers and the massive turnout we are sure Martin would
be proud of.

Martin ''Gone but never forgotten''.

God looked around his garden and he found an empty place
than he looked upon the earth and saw your tired face
he put his arms around you and lifted you to rest
God's garden must be beautiful, he only takes the best.

So he closed your weary eyelids and whispered 'peace be thine'

'' It broke our hearts to lose you but you didn't go alone,
for part of us went with you, the day God called you home.''

missing you

there are no words to describe what life is like for us since you have gone.to see the twinkle in your eye,to see you smile,to hear your voice,to hold your hand, these simple things we so long to do.the way you left us so quickly is what kills us all.if i had known something was wrong i would never have left your side that night.you left behind two beloved passions, capital and john and the boys and myself.we are all so lost without you.we think about you every second of the day and night.i have no words to describe the pain in my heart for you.i am a better person to have known and loved you and i know i have tasted love and it couldnt have been stronger.the only regret i have is that it didnt last longer.look after us martin, keep us safe.love you always.

Glad I knew you.

I knew Martin since the early days of Capital Brake & Clutch and watched him and the company grow in a way that others can only dream of. His interaction with people irrespective of whether they were Banker, Customer or Supplier was always courteous, upbeat and confident helping to create the profile for himself and his beloved company of being a quality act. Martin's expertise and enthusiasm was a huge contributor to the company's fortunes and a great comfort from a banking point of view. His friendleness and professionalism together with his total knowledge of everything remotely connected with his business, made him a very special person. I know that he can never be replaced but he has left a legacy that few can boast of - Success in his family life and success in his business life. We can all learn from the way he balanced both and we are all the better for having known him. We all miss you Martin, may you rest in peace.
